It is very easy not to take care of yourself properly with all the ongoing summer activities. To help you, I have a list of 25 different ways you can take good care of yourself while enjoying your summer at the same time.

1. Get some sunlight
Sunlight provides your body with vitamin D. This vitamin helps keep bones strong and healthy by helping your body absorb and use calcium.

2. Take a break from technology
Turn off your phone one day. Take a day off from social media. Or set limits that you can live with. For example, keep your phone and iPad away for the first two hours of the day or the last two hours of the day.
