1. Chronic insomnia that lasts for several days (not just a bad night)
We all have sleepless nights. But this is not the same.
When insomnia becomes severe and uncharacteristic, it may be one of the first signs. Dementia. The internal clock of the brain responsible for controlling your sleep-wake cycle can start abnormally, leading to memory or concentration problems.
You can observe:
